Eligibility To Shop

If you wish to become a member of Treasures 4 Teachers, please review the requirements below and click here: T4T 2008 Membership Application (pdf).

 Individual and Group Memberships are available. Read and sign the application, indicating which membership level you want, then submit with proof of affiliation and method of payment to: Treasures 4 Teachers, 708 S. Lindon Ln, Tempe, AZ 85281

With your participation and support, T4T will expand throughout Arizona as  we fulfill our ultimate goal - "to ensure that every child in Arizona has the essential tools to learn."

Eligibility Policies

Members can be educators from all areas of the community. This includes, but not limited to:

• Public, Parochial, & Charter Schools

• Home School Programs

• Early Care and Education Programs (such as Head Start and Crisis Centers)

• Before and After-school programs

• Community and Youth Organizations

• Other child-focused programs, please call for eligibility

Guest Days

Depending on quantity and availability of materials and supplies, Treasures 4 Teachers may conduct Guest Days from time to time.
